We keep returns clear, plain, and tied to the condition of the item.

Return window

Sleep Anchor accepts return requests within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, clean, and in returnable condition.

Defective or wrong item

If your item arrives defective or you receive the wrong item, email help@sleepanchor.shop with your order number and a clear photo. We will review it and help with a replacement or refund.

How to start a return

  1. Email support with your order number.
  2. Tell us whether the issue is fit, wrong item, defect, or another order problem.
  3. Wait for support instructions before sending anything back.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take additional business days to post the funds.

Not eligible

Used items, damaged items unrelated to delivery, items outside the return window, and orders without support approval may not be eligible.
